SPD Director of Operations

Responsibilities include overseeing the facility. Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.

Description: 

Oversee and schedule Internal Maintenance Team Members (Lead Porter, Casino Porters, Utility Porter), Security/Safety Manager and Security Department. Also schedules and assign projects to property engineers. Responsible for all property remodeling/renovations. Oversees Rewards Center Team Members (Slot Marketing Coordinator, Slot Marketing Reps). Coordinates all aspects of special events. Act as Manager On Duty (MOD) and perform back-up security responsibilities. Maintains relative vendor communication and relations. Obtains and maintains all applicable insurance certificates of liability. Responsible for related departmental budgets and monthly financial reviews.

 

Qualifications: 

Must be extremely organized self-starter with strong leadership skills and have ability to plan and follow projects through to completion in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner. Must have ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Prior management/supervisory experience. Bilingual strongly preferred. Financial and budgeting experience/proficiency.
