Job Title: Outbound Quality Assurance Associate

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Outbound Quality Assurance (QA) Associate to support the verification and handling of outbound product in our distribution operations. This role is critical to ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency in our order fulfillment process. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and correct errors in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify outbound product to ensure accuracy and quality before shipment.
• Perform down stacking and restacking of product as needed.
• Pull product and investigate shortages or discrepancies.
• Operate industrial forklift equipment (order picker & sit-down forklift) safely and efficiently.
• Use dollies, forklifts, and other material handling equipment to move product throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate records of received and outbound shipments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven quality assurance experience.
• 2+ years of experience using industrial forklift equipment (order picker & sit-down forklift).
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, walk, and lift up to 50 lb boxes for the entire shift.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Fast-moving, energetic, and adaptable in a warehouse environment.
• Prior experience in distribution, manufacturing, or break pack operations.
• Associate degree or certificate in a related field.
