Marketing Communications Coordinator

• Be a self-starter, well organized, with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Know your way around Microsoft Office (SharePoint and Teams especially helpful), Adobe Creative Suite-Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and PhotoShop.
• Have solid experience creating and scheduling communications across Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Be well versed in building email and landing pages for Digital Marketing campaigns; experience using Marketing Automation Platforms (i.e., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) is a Plus!
• Have success coordinating product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management.
• Be able to design and produce marketing collateral for various promotions and initiatives while adhering to company branding guidelines.
Primary requirements include:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience; seeking an opportunity to grow your career.
• Must be able to work independently and have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
• A firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
• Must be able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports as well as be highly creative
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite-Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and PhotoShop.
• Possess the ability to push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Talk or hear, both in person and by telephone.
