Machine Operator Finishing 3rd shift

Location: On-site in New Century, KS

Job Type: Full-time

3rd shift: 12am-8:00am

Primary responsibilities:

• Follow all plant and departmental safety procedures and guidelines.
• Follow department procedures to produce quality products that meet customer’s expectations.
• Verify that correct input materials needed for the job are being used.
• Interpret and compare work orders and artwork to insure production will meet specifications.
• Perform basic print quality checks and determine proper corrective actions.
• Accurately complete necessary production and quality records.
• Maintain clean, safe work area.
• Other responsibilities assigned based on business need.

Requirements

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Experience in a production environment is helpful
• Should possess machine aptitude
• ability to read and understand instructions.
• Good math skills; measurement ability a must
• Must frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand or walk for the full shift
• Willingness to cross-train throughout the organization

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
