Work Schedule: Full-Time: Monday-Thursday 3pm-11pm; Friday 3pm-8pm

What You’ll Do:
• Provide services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).
• Transport consumers using company van as needed.
• Implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs) for daily living, transportation, medication and more.
• Deliver high-quality services in community, residential, and facility settings.
• Build strong relationships with consumers and external stakeholders.


Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license and good driving record.
• Basic computer skills, including ability to complete documentation in an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
