The Senior Technical Expert will lead the development and execution of innovative technology strategies that align IT programs with business objectives. This role requires a forward-thinking mindset to identify and leverage cutting-edge solutions, ensuring the organization remains competitive, agile, and efficient in achieving its strategic goals.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience crafting and implementing strategic technology roadmaps, including enterprise cloud solutions, custom application delivery, and low-code/no-code platforms.

• 10+ years of experience aligning technology initiatives with Agile principles and practices to support organizational priorities.

• Extensive experience optimizing systems for scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Proven track record of collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.

• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale, complex projects that drive measurable business impact.

• 10+ years of experience managing technology programs to meet budget, compliance, and performance objectives.

• Experience supporting and guiding large teams (100+ members), and overseeing complex Agile portfolios with multiple Agile Release Trains.

• Advanced certifications and specialized training, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Expert, Certified Network Professional, and certifications in relational databases like Oracle and PostgreSQL.
