Responsibilities

 

Position Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to support our program’s financial operations. The analyst will work closely with the Program Manager to ensure effective financial management across various projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in budgeting, data analysis, and government financial processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Program Manager in collecting and analyzing financial data to support Requests for Information (RFIs) related to program financial management.
  • Coordinate and manage periodic data calls with Service Intelligence Centers to consolidate and validate financial information.
  • Develop and route financial documentation including:
    • Spend plans and allocation tables
    • CBJC/CJB language
    • Low Priority List (LPL) items
    • Budget submissions and impact statements
    • RECLAMA submissions
  • Compile and generate monthly financial reports detailing obligations and expenditures in support of enterprise consolidation efforts.
  • Respond to DARTS/Coliseum and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) taskings as needed.
  • Track and document spend plan changes and support financial recording of MIPR and contracting actions.
  • Serve as the Travel and Reporting Track Manager, maintaining oversight of related activities and compliance.
  • Execute additional duties as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • An additional 4 years' experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Experience in financial analysis or government budgeting/finance.
  • Strong understanding of federal financial systems and processes (e.g., DARTS, MIPR procedures).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • TS/SCI clearance with ability to pass a poly

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Service Intelligence Centers or in a government/military financial management setting.
  • Knowledge of CBJC/CJB processes and terminology.

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
