Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.

Responsibilities:
Initiate and submit employee transactional requests for customer groups including requisition requests, compensation requests, change of status forms, etc. to HR Operations and Talent Acquisition groups.
Assist the HR team in achieving HR project milestones. 
Serve as a resource to HR functional areas throughout key events within the organization’s cyclical calendar.
Support employees and leaders by providing resources and assistance when necessary.
Assist employees with common questions such as payroll and benefits and direct employees to the correct functional HR team as needed. 
Assist in HR process and efficiency initiatives to ensure employees have access to applicable information and resources.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required OR years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Years of Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience w/ degree OR 3 or more years of relevant experience w/o degree.
Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite, HCM experience preferred
