About the role

Job Description:

We are looking for a National Video Investment Senior Associate supporting a major technology brand. You will report into the National Video Investment Senior Manager and dotted line up to the VP. We are ideally looking for someone based in Greater New York City area as this is where most of the team sits. You will coordinate all facets of the video investment process from billing and invoicing to negotiating 

 

You will: 

  • Develop and oversee National Video Investment Associates alongside senior staff members 

  • Prepare reports (Tracking, GRP, Posts) for the client 

  • Ensure that DDS and GRP charts reflect most updated brand requirements 

  • Communicate with networks regarding client's scheduling &Help facilitate client meetings 

  • Input inventory & keep it up to date 

  • Schedule ADU and Post- Out Buys 

  • Organize all upfront information into summary documents (i.e. "Roll-Ups") 

  • Analyze upfront plans, execute options and sell-off requests , negotiate scatter buys and prepare scatter buy recommendations 

  • Prepare Monthly Spending Reports 

  • Maintain relationships with vendors 

  • Stay informed about latest trends in media, programming, and ratings 

 

Qualifications: 

 

  • 1+ years of national video investment (buying) experience, including at least 1 year at the Associate level 

  • Experience with linear and digital video investment 

  • Working knowledge of Prisma and MediaOcean 

  • Experience inputting inventory & keeping it up to date 

  • Knowledge of media research terminology 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite 

 

Desired, Not Required: 

 

  • Experience with sports sponsorship campaigns 

 

The annual salary range for this position is 52K- 82K . Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
