Under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse, the CNA provides direct and non-direct patient care according to their scope of practice. Understands and reacts effectively to the unique needs of all patients. Works collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team to provide safe patient care.
Education: Graduate of Nursing Assistant training program. Must be listed in Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Registry.
Certifications: CNA certification required. BLS Certification required ( can obtain on the job).
Shift: Working Casual Call, meaning you work as needed. These are 12 hour shifts.
Casual Call positions are offered an additional 10% differential on top of the base hourly rate.
Shift differentials offered as a percentage of base rate: 10% for PM shift and 17% for night shift
