Process Engineer - Mexico, MO 

Main Responsibilities: 

• Comply fully with local and ADM’s safety regulations/standards and promote safety culture. Help ensure the department meets goals for (process) safety and health, environment, product quality, quantity, processing, costs and effectiveness 
• Initiation, development and execution of process improvements and approved capital projects in close cooperation with key stakeholders within agreed budget and time
• Support day to day process activities
• Ensure full compliance with ADM project guidelines during project execution
• Ensure all process improvement projects comply with SHEQ requirements 
• Liaise with CAPEX lead to supply required data, manage the database as well as draw learnings and benchmark opportunities
• Remains current with key process technology developments and equipment suppliers 
• Report project status in agreed format and frequency

Skills: 

• Strong problem solving, diagnostic and analytical skills, with a results focused approach
• Effective communication skills and an excellent team player
• Fluent in English language is required
• General knowledge of software applications

Additional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the fields of Chemistry, Food Processing, Production Manufacturing, Engineering, Technology, or other related field.
• 1+ year of experience preferably in chemical, food, and feed production industries.
• 1+ year of experience in Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality, production/process engineering, and project management.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

$72,900.00 - $136,200.00

Salaried Incentive Plan

The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus
