Clinical Program Coordinator RN

Under the general direction of the Director, Quality and Manager, Quality and Analytics, the Neuroscience Stroke Coordinator coordinates program development for neurology patients across the continuum of care. Exhibits a comprehensive understanding of neurology patients, and a well-developed understanding of system issues and case management principles. Develops and/or supervises research activity and coordinates data management. Actively participates in education to hospital and clinic personnel related neuroscience patient care. Serves as a resource to the community-at-large for education and system-wide program development.

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree Nursing from an accredited educational institution.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License 
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 2 years Acute care experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree Nursing or other healthcare related field
• Upon hire: CNRN (Certified Neurology RN) / SCRN (Stroke Certified RN)
• Neuro, ER and/or ICU experience.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
