Social Media Assistant - GoHighLevel (ZR_24102_JOB)

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and highly organized Social Media Assistant to take charge of our online presence and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is not only experienced in content creation and audience engagement but also has strong expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL)—including workflows, website development, and integrations.

This role also involves podcast editing, thumbnail creation, and the development of effective social media campaigns that align with our brand and business goal

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
  
• Create, schedule, and manage content across various social media platforms
  
• Design engaging visuals, write compelling captions, and use effective hashtags
  
• Use GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage workflows, automate tasks, and support website development and integrations
  
• Edit podcast episodes and create eye-catching thumbnails
  
• Plan and launch creative and performance-driven social media campaigns
  
• Stay updated on social trends and tools to improve content continuously and strategy
  
• Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and mentions to foster community engagement
  
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare insightful reports
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  
• Strong proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL), including workflows, automation, and website integrations
  
• Skilled in content creation — writing, graphic design, and basic video editing
  
• Experience with podcast editing and thumbnail design
  
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
  
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools
  

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
  
• Knowledge of social media advertising and paid campaign strategies
  
• Experience in building and optimizing landing pages through GHL
