Job Description

The Candidate will provide Credential Administration and Program support to the CDC HSPD-12 / Safety, Security and Management (OSSAM) operations. This will be a temporary floater position. 

  • Enroll, Issue SmartID Cards
  • Perform Card Binding, PIN Reset, Certificate Update, ALT PIV Issuance and other HSPD-12 Activities.
  • Conduct ID Proofing, Capture Fingerprints, Verify Customer Citizenship during PIV enrollment.
  • Operate the HHS CWS System and utilize HHS Applications.
  • Collect Cards upon credential Termination; Assist Site Lead, PCIF Manager with Card Destruction in the HHS PIV Portal.
  • Report Deliverables in weekly/monthly report to Site Lead.
  • Provide Program support to Site Lead, and Management Personnel.
  • Other Duties Assigned

Qualifications

Required Skillset:

  • Have knowledge of HSPD-12/DHS directive
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Self-Starter who can work independently or as part of a team.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office (excel, word) for data analysis, coordination and reporting
  • Multi-Task in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in the Federal Government 
  • 1-2 exp Customer Service

Education:

  • High School Diploma

Clearance Requirement:

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have an Active Public Trust security clearance OR the ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
