Remote Pre-Call Specialist

We are currently seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Remote Pre-Calls Specialist.

About the Role:

As a Remote Pre-Calls Specialist at Entrepreneur Babes, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by conducting pre-calls with leads before their scheduled appointments with our sales team. Your primary objective is to gather essential information, build rapport, and set the stage for a successful interaction between potential clients and our sales representatives.

Requirements

Daily Expectations:

Prompt Call Handling:

• Call each lead that comes into our system within seconds of booking.
• Leads will be delivered via a Slack channel and called through Close. A computer or laptop (not a Chromebook or tablet) is required to run the Close app.

Task Management:

• Tasks will be provided for in between calls to ensure efficient workflow.
• Ownership: Know your schedule, start promptly at the scheduled time, and maintain a speed per lead of less than 5 minutes.
• Be proactive in asking questions and seeking assistance with any challenges experienced during calls or if you're not meeting performance targets.

Daily Operations:

• Update CRM with accurate and timely information.
• Ensure all today’s calls are properly notated and categorized.
• Respond to all tasks, emails, texts, and phone calls promptly.
• Create follow-up tasks for any leads requiring further attention.
• Notate lead details in Slack for team collaboration.

Position Details:

Time:

• Schedule posted 14 days in advance.
• Morning and end-of-day tasks are required (see above) except on days off.
• Availability on Slack is expected daily, excluding days off.
• Weekend hours are expected.
• Full-time position (40 hours/week).

Remote Work:

• Work from anywhere with reliable high-speed wifi, a headset, and a computer.

Time Off:

• Request time off is allowed, but KPIs are still expected to be met.

Compensation:

• $15 per hour
