The Head of Product will own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for DPT, our largest business unit. In this role, they’ll drive the vision for our full product suite (Member App, “Digital Physical Therapist” (i.e. Tablet), Internal PT Productivity platform, Clinical Product), while supporting our central product team on the roadmap execution.
What you'll do:• You’ll drive the product definition, strategy, and long term vision for our full DPT product area• You’ll engage and cultivate ongoing relationships with our patients to deeply understand their needs• You’ll constantly generate and evaluate ideas that can help build patient engagement with DPT, through user research, usability studies, data-driven experiments• You’ll ruthlessly prioritize these ideas in a robust, data-informed way, with an aim to have the most impact on our patients• You’ll work very closely with our Product execution & Engineering teams through the full feature lifecycle, i.e. through concept, specification, design and launch phases• You’ll own product & feature performance, defining and constantly monitoring success metrics after launch, leveraging behavior data and customer feedback into key enhancement decisions• You’ll lead a team of Product managers supporting you in that mission
What you'll need to have:• A desire to work for a mission-driven company that helps improves the lives of our patients on a day-to-day basis• 5-10+ years of relevant product management experience, with experience directly driving and influencing product vision & strategy• Experience in fast-growth B2C product-lead start-up• Experience in both early stage (scrappy, get stuff-done mentality) and later stage (ability to make stuff happen through influence)• Ability to handle chaos, ambiguity, and complexity in a detailed and organized way• Clear, concise, and thorough written and oral communication skills• Experience analyzing and using data to inform decisions• An instinct for creating simple and intuitive user experiences• An understanding and appreciation for the accurate application of data and metrics in product designUS Sword Benefits:Comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance Equity Shares401(k)Discretionary PTO PlanParental leave
