Senior Data Analyst, People Analytics

RVO Health is looking to grow our Talent Analytics team by adding a Senior Data Analyst. In this role, you’ll be challenged to help shape our Human Capital by driving high-priority data efforts – all in line with our broader mission of attracting diverse talent and giving them an experience that will bring out their very best. You will be responsible for scoping, executing, and delivering technical projects to stakeholders across the Human Capital organization, by producing analytical solutions that connect them to the data they need and generating insights that shape the way that we work.  

Where You'll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct advanced data analyses, generate insights and a compelling story, and present to Human Capital Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team members 
• Build analytical tools, such as self-service BI products and interactive dashboards, that visualize and analyze data. 
• Push the cutting-edge of People Analytics, using AI to increase speed to delivery and generate and democratize insights across the organization 
• Build analytical programs to push insights to the right people at the right time 
• Build relationships with our teams and data science teams to identify new opportunities for deep analytics within the Human Capital organization  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong analytical with experience demonstrating an aptitude to compile data in comprehensive reports, analyze trends, and make fact-based recommendations. 
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate recommendations to leadership 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working well with business stakeholders 
• Demonstrated ability to streamline and automate processes 
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI, or Looker to build dynamic/scalable dashboards and reports. 
• Knowledge or experience within people analytics is required 
• Experience with compensation administration and Payscale is preferred 
• Fluency coding in one analytical programming knowledge (e.g., R or Python) and SQL is required 
• Team-oriented, success-driven, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. 

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Starting Salary: $97,500 - $120,000*
