THE JOB:

As a Backserver at Jia, you’ll be an essential part of our award-winning Pan-Asian dining experience. In this role, you’ll support our servers by delivering dishes, refilling beverages, and anticipating guest needs with precision and grace. Jia blends the bold flavors of Japan, Korea, China, Thailand, and Vietnam in a sleek, modern setting — and you’ll help bring that energy to life. Every interaction you have contributes to the WOW moments that keep guests coming back to Beau Rivage.

THE STARTING RATE: $10.25/HR + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently provide a positive guest experience by bussing and setting up tables, cleaning, sanitizing, and polishing dishware while maintaining the appearance of the front and back-of-house areas to company standards.

• Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures.

• Coordinate table availability and constantly communicate with the server, hostess, and management to ensure tables are turned efficiently.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Is 18+ years of age
• Has at least 1+ years of guest service or restaurant experience, preferably
