NDT Inspector (Dye Pen)

Reed Engineering & Manufacturing are working with a leading Engineering & Manufacturing company NDT Inspector - Dye Penetrant & Macro Examination Days-based role | Aerospace Manufacturing We are looking for a motivated and detail‑focused NDT Inspector to support product quality and compliance within a Nadcap‑accredited aerospace environment. You will carry out Dye Penetrant Testing (PT) and Macro Examination on aerospace components, ensuring compliance with AS9100, Nadcap, and OEM standards (e.g. Rolls‑Royce, GE, Lycoming). The role offers the opportunity to develop further NDT skills (MT, UT) as the business grows. Key requirements: PCN or EN 4179 Level 2 PT certification Experience with Dye Penetrant Testing in manufacturing Practical Macro Examination experience Strong attention to detail and quality documentation skillsDesirable: Experience with major aerospace OEM specifications Additional NDT qualifications Metal finishing, foundry, or forging backgroundThis is a days-only role (no shifts) within a high‑integrity, safety‑critical environment offering technical development and long‑term progression
