What You Will Achieve
Serve as a key resource and potentially lead lower levels within your area of expertise.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
High School Diploma or GED
6+ years of experience
Demonstrated ability to perform various functions of a highly repetitive nature while maintaining concentration on tasks
Proven capability to understand and follow written procedures
Ability to work independently or in groups effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):
A Bachelor's Degree
Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related field
Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Familiarity and basic understanding of common AI tools and a curiosity for learning how they can be used to enhance productivity
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
The capability to aseptically gown
The capability to focus attention on the lines performance and adherence to aseptic behaviors and operational procedures that in turn leads to higher than normal performance. • Ability to hold self and others accountable and to encourage colleagues to take personal responsibility for their performance/actions
Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulatory compliance • Demonstrated aptitude to execute Aseptic techniques to a high degree of proficiency
Must be able to work in conditions with exposure to inks, solvents, heat, steam, solvents and most product solutions.
Must be able to read and write and follow written and oral instructions.
Must be able to communicate and work well interdepartmentally, as well as, with all plant departments.
Required to do frequent lifting of 15-20 pounds and occasional lifting in excess of 25 pounds.
Vision must be correctable to 20/20. • Satisfactory performance and attendance is required.
Must be capable of performing data entry into calculators and computers
