We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director – Data Delivery and Channels Lead to join our Fund Services Team. This role is located in New York, NY – HYBRID work schedule.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

We are seeking a visionary and delivery-focused Director to lead our Data Delivery, Design, and Channels function. This role plays a critical part in shaping and executing our Platform data strategy with a strong focus on client-centric data integration, customized delivery pipelines, cross-channel data access, and enriched reporting ecosystems. The successful candidate will combine deep technical knowledge of data systems with strategic client-facing experience to design scalable solutions that meet complex internal and external data demands

Key Responsibilities:

Data Delivery & Hydration

• Own the end-to-end delivery of structured and unstructured data to clients and internal platforms, across real-time, near-real-time, and batch 
• Define and implement frameworks for data hydration, ensuring completeness, timeliness, and accuracy across multiple asset classes
• Build and manage data pipelines that are scalable, secure, and performant using modern data engineering tools and practices.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, lineage, and data quality standards across delivery ecosystems.
• Ensure data hydration to the Operational Data Stores (ODS), Data Lake and onward channels 
• Supports business development (RFP demos), solutioning and client adoption of standards

Solution Design & Integration

• Design enterprise-grade data delivery solutions tailored to client-specific requirements, including custom data transformations, enrichment layers, and validation logic.
• Work with technology and architecture teams to ensure integration strategies align with internal APIs, data lakes, and cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Support client onboarding, vendor integrations, and managed service engagements by providing technical specifications and solution architecture for data flows.

Data Channels & Access

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for data delivery channels including:
  • APIs 
  • File-based interfaces (SFTP, streaming)
  • Portals, dashboards, and embedded data views
• Champion multi-channel delivery consistency and access control models (entitlements, encryption, authentication protocols).
• Collaborate with platform teams to ensure real-time and batch data flows support evolving digital experiences and reporting demands.

Client Reporting & Analytics

• Oversee design and rollout of client-facing reports, dashboards, and performance analytics aligned with SLAs and regulatory expectations.
• Partner with BI and visualization teams to build scalable reporting libraries and flexible self-service capabilities (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Drive transformation of legacy reporting environments toward modern, API-first, data-consumption ecosystems.

Team Leadership & Governance

• Lead a cross-functional team of data engineers, delivery managers, reporting analysts, and client solution architects.
• Define KPIs and operational metrics to monitor delivery performance, client satisfaction, and data channel adoption.
• Represent the Data Delivery organization in executive forums, steering committees, and client-facing solution presentations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit, and data privacy requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOC2, ISO 27001).
