We're looking for an experienced Sr. Manager, Program Management to support our growing Information Technology team. In this role, you will be a key leader within our organization and have overall responsibility for program management of the IT product portfolio, creating an environment of innovation and product excellence, grow the IT PMO team in line with business objective, including implementation of relevant processes and tools, be responsible for key financials, and work with procurement and other leaders for critical vendor negotiations and agreements.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of the portfolio of IT projects and lead one or more of the critical IT programs that are integral to the success of the IT
  • Lead growth activities to address highly complex mission problems and assume a delivery leadership role 
  • Create and maintain regular portfolio updates (i.e.: weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  • Building and maintaining relationships with adjacent teams in other functions to ensure success of Enterprise Applications deployments, infrastructure programs, and critical security initiatives.
  • Be responsible for budgetary activities including the costed bill of materials, the program budgets, PMO budgets (headcount, expense, etc.)
  • Partner with other Program leaders within IT and outside to ensure strong collaboration across other peer team members and peer PMs
  • Demonstrated experience in all phases of both the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and non-technology project lifecycle, including identification of business problems

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, or other technical discipline.
  • 12+ years experience in Program Management
  • Experience Salesforce sales, Service Experience in bringing Salesforce solutions from design to implementation.
  • Experience with conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting
  • Experience working with e-commerce, payments, point-of-sale, and business systems such as SAP  ERP and SalesForce
  • Experience working with project planning tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheets, Lucid chart, Confluence, Jira).
  • Ability to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent experience strong desired but not necessary
  • Automotive industry experience is desired but not necessary.
  • Strong technical aptitude which is necessary to drive program delivery
  • Excellent communication (written, spoken) at all levels of the enterprise
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.·       California (Bay Area) - $165,000 - $236,500
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
