About This Role

Axsome Therapeutics is seeking an Associate, Hub & Trade Operations who is focused on the monitoring, reconciliation, and generation of effective reporting for core trade activities across our growing product portfolio. The Associate will be responsible for the effective day-to-day activities related to an effective operating system for all trade and hub activities.  This will include proactive hub program monitoring and pull through, distribution inventory monitoring, pricing notifications, and other related topics.  Internally, they will foster a positive working relationship and be highly collaborative with the broader Trade, Distribution and Patient Service teams, as well as other internal departments such as Sales and Supply Chain to provide informative and actionable analytics. Externally, the Associate Hub & Trade Operations will work with our hub, distributors, and various other partners to ensure full visibility to needed information and implementation of any strategic plans.  This role will report to the Executive Director, Trade, Distribution, and Patient Services.  

This role is based at Axsome’s HQ in New York City with an on-site requirement of at least three days per week. We are unable to consider candidates who are looking for fully remote roles.  

Job Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: 

• High level analytics and activities to ensure complete and accurate hub volume monitoring and pull through
• First line hub troubleshooting and communication support for our field sales team
• Coordination with all relevant internal teams to ensure and improve pull through of hub volume
• Support ongoing Trade activities to ensure adequate product inventory levels across our trade and distribution channel  
• Work with external pharmacy customers to ensure clear access to our products
• Responsibility to prepare and communicate required pricing notifications
• Identify, track, and compile various trade and hub trends to educate leadership on any trends
• Prepare informative reports to educate Axsome leadership on trade and hub related topics 

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 1- 2 years post Bachelors working experience
• Intermediate or advanced skill level with Excel required
• Ability to work on site Monday, Tuesday & Thursday

Experience, Knowledge and Skills 

• Strong analytical and research skills
• Experience with PowerBi or similar systems a plus
• Strong planning and organization skills, attention to detail, execution, and follow-through
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a hybrid (office/remote) environment
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
• Ability to influence decision makers and educate variety of internal audiences on complex concepts
• A problem-solving mindset with demonstrated “lean-forward” approach and ability to think critically

 Salary & Benefits  

The anticipated salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000. We encourage candidates of all levels to apply as there may be flexibility on final job title and responsibilities. The salary offer will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, internal equity and location.
