Job Description

The Salesforce Senior Engineer develops Salesforce-based solutions in an effort to streamline workflow and operations across the company. Product Engineering as a whole provides consulting services, architecture, design, and training across internal teams throughout Privia Health.  

The Salesforce Engineer is a key member of the Salesforce Scrum team, developing solutions to meet business requirements as indicated by Product Management. This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer to have hands-on experience with a complex Salesforce org, develop new skills, take on new responsibilities, and work as part of a high-performing agile scrum team.

Primary Job Duties: 

• Design Scalable Solutions using Salesforce best practices
• Surface the larger implications of requested changes.
• Mentor junior Engineers 
• Advocate for best practices and encourages them on the team
• Improve usability and design of all systems and document release notes
• Complete configuration in sandbox environments, test, and deploy to other test environments/production and source control  via deployment tools such as Copado
• Contribute to production configuration (custom field and object creation and updates, page layouts, etc.)
• Create, update and maintain Salesforce Automations primarily in Flow Builder
• Manage OWD, sharing settings, profiles, and permission sets
• Improve usability and design of all systems and document release notes
• Perform data management tasks, including data imports and mass updates
• Advocate for best practices and encourages them on the team

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience administering and configuring at least one of the following: Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
• Familiar with Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Trailhead Ranger or better
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
• Salesforce App Builder or Advanced Administrator or Developer I Certifications
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant or Experience Cloud Consultant
• Experience implementing and managing third-party applications such as: Pardot, GetFeedback, DocuSign, etc.
• Experience with Salesforce/3rd-party ETL tools (Data Loader, Workbench, etc.)
• Proven experience with SFDC automation tools (Workflow, Flow, Process Builder)

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (FKA Pardot)
• Experience with Apex and Lightning Components
• Salesforce Trailhead Double Star Ranger or better.
• Salesforce Admin Super Set.
• Salesforce App Builder Super Set
• Additional Salesforce Certifications
• Copado Fundamentals Certification

Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $92,000.00- $115,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
