Office Support Specialist

Location: Lee's Summit, MO

Key Responsibilities: 

• Master Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, Outlook 

• Understand insurance property claims (training provided) 

• Collaborate with our Production Team to complete jobs and service tickets 

• Create final invoices for insurance companies and customers 

• Manage mortgage checks/packets for endorsements 

• Follow up with insurance companies, mortgage companies, and customers 

• Assist with setting up new locations as needed 

• Process forms in Laserfiche 

• Manage client data in our CRM (ASM) 

What We’re Looking For: 

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Self-starter who can work independently and multitask 

• Highly organized and efficient 

• Friendly personality with excellent communication skills 

Compensation: 

• Weekly pay starting at $18+ per hour, based on experience 

• Full-time, permanent position
