SAP Senior Sales, O2C Consultant (m/f/d)

YOUR SHOES TO FILL:

• As an in-house consultant, you will be responsible for the further development and customization of the SAP SD / Retail modules in the internal SAP team in the company's own SAP systems.
• Be part of the development team for our overarching O2C process and get involved in the SAP SD environment. Analyze, optimize and develop the solutions used in SAP in 2nd/3rd level support.
• Improve processes in the O2C process, SAP SD in close cooperation with the specialist department, solution architect team and create process, system and user documentation.
• You can expect exciting projects in a national and international environment as well as working with future-oriented technologies.
• Conduct training courses and workshops for SAP (key) users and manage service providers to ensure that SAP processes run smoothly.

YOUR WALK OF LIFE

• You have a degree in business informatics or an equivalent qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience and very good knowledge of the SAP module SD, as well as ideally in the adjacent modules MM, WM, FI/CO.
• You are very familiar with the O2C process.
• Basic knowledge of the ABAP/4 programming language is desirable.
• Knowledge of project management methods and the relevant ITIL processes is an advantage.
• You have a good written and oral command of German and English.
• You are a team player with good organizational skills and the ability to find creative solutions.
