About the role

Description

 

Objectives: To assist the Logo Coordination & Submission Supervisor with the daily operation of the Logo Coordination department including leading training of new staff, new processes to staff, and troubleshooting. Maintain expertise of licensing requirements and process new logo requests and decoration instructions on a per order basis while adhering to licensor, customer, and divisional parameters.


Responsibilities:

· Lead training for new Logos staff as well as for new processes.

· Coordinate the completion of monthly and quarterly license submissions within the required timeframes along with leading troubleshooting activities for disapproved quarterly license submissions.

· Spearhead follow up and troubleshooting of Ecomm projects to ensure completion and league approval to meet customer deadlines.

· Handle logo quality validation process for Special Make Up (SMU) products, as well as coordinate the league submissions and approvals.

· Monitor reports daily to ensure orders with Logo Coordination move to Production in a timely manner.

· Prepare color instructions for orders through Tracker.

· Create new logos via submitting instructions to the digitizers, including using Illustrator for viewing and preparing artwork for the digitizers.

· Manage new licensed Ecomm projects from start to finish, to include setting up multiple new logo designs, art submissions to the licensor, meeting specific customer timelines, and tracking project status for management.

· Obtain logo approval on new designs from customers via email or with a physical swatch when requested, or from licensors via each licensor’s portal.

· Review orders to ensure all logo requirements are followed and that we are in compliance with all rules and requirements of each licensor.

· Maintain design information in Tracker and AX on a per logo basis.

· Handle Hot Market/If Wins, Tournaments, and other special events on a timely basis to meet customer in-hand dates.

· Coordinate special circumstances and rushes with the customer, sales rep, and production.

· Collaborate with accounting to ensure royalty processes are followed for licensed logos and correct information is entered into the system.

· Assist customers with decisions on new logo designs and color direction and offer suggestions when appropriate.

· Assume temporary supervisory functions in supervisor’s absence.

· Handle additional duties as the position evolves or as assigned.


 

Qualifications:

1. High school graduate

2. Minimum of 2 years Logo Coordination or Customer Service experience

3. Great sense of design and color

4. High level of attention to detail

5. Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills

6. Leadership experience preferred

7. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities

8. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite of programs and Windows navigation

9. Familiarity with all sports teams a plus

Work Schedule:

  •  Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
