As our 2nd Shift Production Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our Small Power Engineered-to-Order Transformer manufacturing facility, driving performance, quality, and collaboration across a diverse and talented team. Shift & Schedule: The position will be based at our Crystal Springs, MS production plant and will support the team in line with shift schedule for Monday-Friday and some weekends. Current shift hours are from 2pm to 11:00pm. These hours may change and may work overtime either outside these hours or on weekend days. The successful candidate should be able to assist his team anytime to reach the production target.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead all production activities, including scheduling, inventory, and quality control.

  • Supervise and support a team of 100+ employees with mentorship and guidance.

  • Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and other departments to streamline operations.

  • Champion safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and other standards.

  • Monitor productivity and implement strategies to boost efficiency.

  • Conduct performance reviews and coach team members for growth.

  • Promote a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Partner with senior leadership to shape long-term growth strategies.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred).

  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.

  • Proven leadership of large teams in dynamic environments.

  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in unionized settings is a plus.
