About the role

Job Description & Summary

The opportunity 

As a Senior Consultant you will provide financial & accounting advisory services for financial institutions such as banks, IFNs, investment funds and insurance companies. 

What you will be doing: 

  • Providing accounting advice to financial institutions on complex topics. 

  • Support banks and insurance companies in implementing new accounting standards. 

  • Delivery of workshops and trainings for banks and insurance companies. 

  • IFRS financial statements preparation. 

  • Deals and post mergers accounting support. 

  • Reporting on specific requirements from regulators. 

  • Improvement of reporting processes. 

  • Financial reporting advice (e.g. FINREP). 

 

What we need from you: 

  • University degree in Accounting/Finance. 

  • Minimum 3 - 4 years of financial audit experience OR banking / insurance experience. 

  • ACCA - qualified or in progress (nice to have). 

  • Accounting knowledge, particularly in IFRS (IFRS 9, IFRS 16). 

  • Eager to dive into new topics and learn new skills. 

  • Written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Highly adaptable and open to change.
