Operating within a collaborative Agile environment, we aim to deliver effective solutions to the business and our customers using our evolving platforms.</p><p>We are actively looking for a <strong>Senior Productivity Platform Engineer</strong>, to join our teams in Bucharest that will work in close partnership with colleagues from other locations.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>What you will be doing</strong></p><p>The Productivity team architects, develops, supports, and operates the internal engineering serving services and toolsets providing capabilities empowering the software development life cycle. We provide solutions that power continuous integration and automation and help developers in day by day tasks, partnering with SREs and our product engineering teams</p><p>You will be an integral part of providing self-service development capabilities to all engineers at Swissquote via the tools and services the team provides. Your work will empower engineers to deliver software features with more confidence, faster while reducing toil. As part of this work, you will accelerate product delivery which enables Swissquote mission about democratizing finance.  Additionally, there are opportunities for personal growth if you have the passion to learn these areas.  Your duties will include:</p><ul><li>Continuous Integration systems</li><li>Developer machine setup scripts</li><li>Maintain and improve developer environments based on Docker stack</li><li>Development of custom solutions (test framework, dev environments, tech metrics)</li><li>Communicate regularly and consistently with value stream teams and help with best practices &amp; guidelines adoption</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>What you will bring</strong></p><p>Enthusiastic about joining a challenging and innovative environment, you are passionate about information technologies and you thrive on learning and pushing your knowledge to the limit.
