This role will oversee accounting operations across the EMEA region, support the monthly and quarterly close processes, and partner closely with the Global Controller and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and local statutory requirements.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting expertise, international accounting experience, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced global environment.</p> <p>Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country where this role is based on the first day of employment. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.</p> <h4><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li>Oversee the month-end and quarter-end close processes for the EMEA region, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting</li> <li>Perform variance analysis and provide insights into financial results and operational performance to support management decision-making</li> <li>Manage the overall accounting operations for assigned EMEA entities, including maintaining strong internal controls, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements, and analyzing financial performance</li> <li>Support the operational launch and ongoing accounting oversight of our new Poland entity in coordination with external local accounting providers</li> <li>Oversee and manage intercompany accounting and reconciliation processes across global entities</li> <li>Review and supervise the work of accounting staff, providing coaching, guidance, and development support</li> <li&g
