As the Reverse Logistics Manager, you will shape and lead the reverse portion of the Philips value chain, ensuring that returned and recovered products are managed with the same rigor, visibility, and performance expectations as forward supply flows.
Your role:
- Designing and leading the global reverse logistics value chain strategy, integrating returns, repair, refurbishment, redeployment, and disposition into end-to-end supply chain planning. Ensuring reverse logistics processes are fully aligned with forward supply chain, service lifecycle, and inventory strategies
- Driving performance across the reverse value chain, including cost, cycle time, recovery yield, service levels, and compliance.
- Partnering with Service Operations, Quality & Regulatory, Commercial, and Finance teams to optimize reverse flows and decision-making.
- Leading digital enablement and data visibility for reverse logistics to support planning, execution, and analytics across the value chain. Managing and optimizing internal and external repair, refurbishment, and logistics networks. Developing standardized global processes while accommodating regional and market-specific requirements
- Building and leading a high-performing global team across multiple regions and time zones.
- Supporting Philips’ sustainability objectives through responsible recovery, reuse, and disposal practices as part of normal value chain execution.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 8 + years of experience leading global supply chain or operations teams, and driving complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Your skills include:
- Expertise in reverse logistics, service supply chains, returns management, repair or refurbishment operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, end-to-end value chain processes across multiple functions.
- Experience with ERP and supply chain systems (SAP preferred), logistics or service management platforms.
- You have a bachelors or masters degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or equivalent field of study.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You’re an excellent communicator with strong business acumen and the ability to balance cost, service, and asset utilization. You excel with stakeholder management.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in PA is $145,000 to $231,000.
The pay range for this position in MA is $163,000 to $259,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
