With a footprint in the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia (Singapore up next!), we're seeking a talented<strong> Senior QA Engineer</strong> to be part of our dynamic team. </p><p><strong>Your mission:</strong></p><p>We’re growing the team behind our <strong>core product </strong>- a complex and business-critical system - currently supported by 4 skilled testers. This role calls for a <strong>highly experienced and dependable professional</strong>, as the responsibilities will include:</p><ul> <li>Developing Test cases, Test Procedures for various types of testing such as Ad Hoc, Functional, GUI, Integration, Regression, Data Validation, User Interface, and overall system integration;</li> <li>A keen sense for finding bugs and writing good understandable bug reports, as well as providing feedback on usability;</li> <li>Participating in brainstorming meetings and daily scrum;</li> <li>Performing comprehensive manual API testing to ensure system reliability and accuracy;</li> <li>Performing testing beyond APIs, including UI, integrations, and other relevant areas based on project needs;</li> <li>Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define testing strategies;</li> <li>Investigating and analyzing production issues, identifying root causes and collaborating on fixes;</li> <li>Risks analysis;</li> <li>Involvement in the release process.</li> </ul><p><strong></strong><strong>What are your skills and experience:</strong></p><ul> <li><strong>5+ years of experience in both back-end and front-end testing;</strong></li> <li><strong>3+ years of experience in API testing (including in your last project!);</strong></li> <li>Excellent knowledge of SDLC and STLC;</li> <li>Experience with CI/CD and related tools;</li> <li>Knowledge of databases;</li> <li>Experience with Jira or other project and issue-tracking programs;</li> <li>The ability to quickly understand new software and be a quick learner;</li> <li><strong>Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills </strong>-<strong> </strong>soft skills are just as important in this role, as your technical background.</li> </ul><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul> <li>Experience with Microsoft services like: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Power BI, Azure DevOps, Dynamics 365.</li> </ul><ul> </ul><p><strong>What do we offer?</strong> </p><ul> <li><strong>100% Remote. </strong>Work from anywhere.
