Senior People Experience Partner

Senior People Experience Partners help accelerate Articulate's business by partnering with leaders to build high-performing organizations where people can do their best work. They combine business insight and practical coaching to help leaders navigate organizational challenges, develop talent, and make thoughtful decisions about organizational design, performance, engagement, and change.
Working closely with leaders across our Product, Design, and Engineering teams, you'll serve as both a strategic partner and a hands-on operator, translating business strategy into practical people solutions while influencing complex organizational decisions and helping teams adapt and grow.
You'll also partner across the People Team to shape and deliver the practices, programs, and everyday experiences that create an exceptional employee and manager experience at scale.
