Technical Assistant Officer
A Technical Assistance Officer supports the ESG, Impact & Knowledge team in the development and implementation of Technical Assistance projects and programs linked to impact investment mandates that Triple Jump manages.

Responsibilities

• Managing TA projects that enhance both business and impact performance of investments and mandates overall;

• Handling the whole process from preparing and presenting appraisals for support to deciding Committees, coordinating the contracting process, monitoring project implementation and closing properly projects;

• Contributing to capturing lessons learnt and good practices of TA implementation to inform decision-making;

• Supporting the planning, quality control and reporting cycles of TJ’s EIK TA mandates incl KPIs;

• Supporting communications efforts around TJ mandates’ related TA activities, outcomes and lessons learnt; Participating in and contributing to department and company-wide projects when requested.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Finance or related field;

• > 2 years of relevant working experience in the field of consulting and TA in the

• development finance sector or related field;

• > 2 years of experience in project management preferably with a focus on impact

• investing and/or financial sector development;

• Relevant knowledge in focus areas of mandates;

• Strong analytics, excellent communicator (both verbally/written);.

• Fluency in English is a must, French, Spanish, Arabic is a plus.
