About the role

Quality Technician 

Shift 1pm to 9pm Monday to Friday and some Saturday's. 

Key responsibilities

Clear product for shipments using product tracking sheets.
Record shipments on back of product tracking sheets.

Allocation of orders on MAPICS system.
Generate required Certificates of Analysis in LIMS.
For previous CIT shipments, follow up with updated certificate.
Attach customer pre-ship sample approvals and note on product tracking sheet.

Complete and authorize jobs in LIMS.
Go through clearances with traffic personnel.
Release products from hold on MAPICS inventory system, file product tracking sheets.
Enter product dispositions on MAPICS (scrap & misc. receipt).
Monitor Items Waiting Inspection Report.
Match incoming raw material COAs with the receiving report, release ingredients from hold.
