 As a Residential New Construction HVAC Installer, you will play a crucial role in our team, installing HVAC systems in new homes to ensure comfort and efficiency for future residents. This position requires precision, dedication, and a safety-first approach to work. You will collaborate closely with other team members and departments to deliver exceptional results on every project 

 Key Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems in new residential constructions according to specifications and standards.
• Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and within project timelines.
• Collaborate with the construction team to coordinate installations.
• Conduct system tests and initializations to guarantee performance.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving installation processes and safety measures.

Requirements

• Universal EPA
• Gas Mech 1 license 
• Active O6A Electrical License or Trainee card 
• Ability to obtain appropriate trainee licensure.
• Experience working with your hands (personal automotive projects, woodworking)
• Experience working with hand tools and power tools
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License
• High School diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
