Customer Service Assistant – Entry Level

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team and help support customer engagement and promotional marketing campaigns throughout the local area.

This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided. You’ll learn how to represent brands, communicate with customers, explain products and services, and support promotional campaigns in a professional and engaging environment.

Customer Service Assistant Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain knowledge of the products and services we represent
• Represent brands professionally during promotional events and campaigns
• Interact directly with customers and provide helpful product information
• Answer customer questions and help identify products or services that meet their needs
• Create positive and engaging customer experiences
• Assist with promotional campaign setup, maintenance, and breakdown
• Follow event, retail, and brand guidelines
• Communicate customer feedback and campaign results to team members
• Work with the team to meet customer service and campaign goals
• Participate in local marketing events and promotional activities
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with customers

Customer Service Assistant Requirements

• No previous experience required – full training is provided
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with people
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to learn product information and apply feedback
• Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, marketing, or promotional experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
