Delivery Manager

Key Role:

Oversee successful delivery of Business Systems strategic and cross-functional projects and services, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget and meet high-quality standards. Plan, execute and oversee project delivery from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation and risk management. Lead and manage a team of internal and external resources ensuring alignment with project goals and providing coaching and mentoring. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in project management or delivery management roles

• Experience with successfully delivering complex projects on time, within scope and within budget

• Experience with project management software's and tools such as Microsoft project, smart sheet and JIRA

• Ability to identify, assess and mitigate risks throughout the project life cycle

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments

• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications

• Knowledge of business systems processes

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
