Making a difference that matters.</p><p><br/></p><p>An opportunity has arisen to join the pension support team on a permanent basis.</p> <p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Develop an in-depth understanding of Davy's pension product offering which includes Personal Retirement Savings Accounts (PRSAs), Approved Retirement Funds (ARFs)</li> <li>Provision of reporting to clients, Revenue and Pension Authority in line with regulatory requirements</li> <li>General pension administration duties including account set up, data input, allocation of premiums and peer reviews</li> <li>Set up new pension contracts and allocate contributions or transfers of retained benefits</li> <li>Processing monthly payroll on ARF/Vested PRSA’s</li> <li>Co-ordination of maturity benefits</li> <li>Co-ordination of transfers out to other pension providers, Pension Adjustment Orders and Death Benefits</li> <li>Ensuring compliance with the relevant pensions rules and legislation governing each of the pension product offerings</li> <li>Assist with ad-hoc projects where they arise.</li> </ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Minimum 4 years pensions experience preferable specifically in SSAS, PRSAs, ARFs, and Retirement bonds</li> <li>QFA required or near completion</li> <li>Pensions qualification desirable</li> <li>ARF Payroll experience desirable </li> <li>Claims experience desirable </li> <li>Knowledge of Imputed Distribution Process desirable but not essential as full training will be provided</li> <li>Excellent customer service skills</li> <li>High level of attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to prioritise work effectively</li> <li>Strong communication skills</li> <li>Team player</li> </ul><p><br/></p><p>Davy is an equal opportunities employer and we are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
