The Oracle Cloud ERP Application Analyst II (HCM/Finance/Supply Chain) is accountable for supporting technology solutions and business application functions for Oracle Cloud ERP requirements and processes. This role will have strong Oracle HCM/Finance/Supply Chain application analytical skills and application knowledge. They will be organized and able to assess issues and changes which impact the business and end user audience. This individual will working closely with the application team in understanding the configuration of the system and support end users in ongoing use of the system. This individual will prepare and conduct IT training courses, define communications and be responsible for creating new training programs, presenting materials and conducting training sessions/roadshows. They will also engage other team members to participate in testing activities and work closely with team in assessing and resolving incidents, managing updates, supporting operational business events such as new projects and initiatives as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with client management teams to develop proficient knowledge of core applications and an understanding of business processes.
- Define and configure applications as needed for sites throughout the health system.
- Collaborate and partner with the business in supporting operational changes to the application portfolio driven by business events, process improvements, bug fixes or software releases.
- Define and build test cases to support testing, training and communications of new functionality and/or changes.
- Continually monitor software releases to assess changes in order to define the impacts, business/user communication, training and any operational impacts associated with the change.
- Work closely with the business stakeholders and BRM, conduct ongoing assessments to confirm solutions meet business needs.
- Support production issues to ensure issues are resolved and properly documented and communicated to the impacting stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison among business stakeholders and IT in coordinating, directing and implementing comprehensive communication and training as required.
- Strategically plan and identify training requirement needs or challenges.
- Identify and recommend alternative communication and training strategies by evaluating organization anticipated outcomes.
- Create clear and understandable training programs, artifacts and content including job aides, e-learning, how-to videos, FAQ’s, etc.
- May act as a Project Leader.
- Performs related duties as assigned or requested.
Education: Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Experience
- Four years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM/Finance/Supply Chain applications defining, building and delivering business application based training content.
- Proven excellent communication skills, methods and training strategies
- Requires a broad knowledge of the client area?s functions and systems, and application program development technological alternatives
- Working experience in business analysis, business process design and application development (SDLC)
- Demonstrated successful and collaborative working relationships with IT and business partners
- Good project management, planning and organizations skill
- Working in healthcare industry a plus.
