Outbound Sales Agent

iFIT’s vision is to create the world’s most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health—physical fitness, mental health, nutrition, and active recovery—into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their individual fitness journey. We are currently seeking a high-energy sales professional to join our team as an Outbound Sales Representative in a Hybrid role.

 

As a Sales Agent, your main focus is to connect with potential customers through phone calls, chats, or emails and help turn their inquiries into successful sales. You'll have the opportunity to promote and sell our equipment, gather necessary information, and ensure that each order is accurate. Our team also prides itself on providing exceptional customer service by addressing their needs and resolving any issues that arise. With your help, we can maintain our reputation as a reliable and trustworthy company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• 1-3 years of proven telephone sales or chat sales experience.
• Solid keyboard skills and experience with using CRM software.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals.
• Knowledge of the call center environment.
• Proven Lead qualification skills with a strong sales aptitude.
• Dynamic and engaging written communication style.
• Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills-verbal and written.
• Expert knowledge of iFIT products and accessories.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

 

• Sales experience, preferably call center sales.
• Experience doing inbound sales.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.
• in SAP, inContact system, and Broadleaf.
• Good people skills.
• Also, customer care for any and all customers or potential customers.
• Type 50-60 wpm.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years of proven telephone sales or chat sales experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
