Job Summary
The Sales Operations Analyst (SOA) will work closely with AMAROK’s sales and marketing teams to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our regional sales team and process. This role is crucial to our company’s growth with regional business sales by evaluating and optimizing information gathered during discovery meetings to create high quality written business cases. The SOA is also an expert in national and regional crime and industry trends.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Provide justification of our product to perspective customers by evaluating and translating the data gathered during sales discovery meetings easily digestible written and visual analysis
- Research and evaluate national and regional crime data and industry trends to maintain current knowledgebase for sales reps
- Track and evaluate execution of the sales process by providing reporting and regular analysis of regional sales team’s activity
- Provide thought leadership content for both sales reps and marketing campaigns based around crime and industry trends as needed
Ideal candidate
- Minimum two years’ work experience in a role with proven analytical and interpretation skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and be flexible to change directions quickly in order to adapt to shifting business priorities; high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Superior communication abilities (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail - reviews work, has little errors and strong critical thinking/problem solving skills
- Proficient with Salesforce or other Sales CRM and a proven ability to master other web-based applications
- Maintains high standards with regards to responsibility and accountability
- Can work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment under time-sensitive deadlines
- Possess a “team-spirit” attitude

Base Compensation Range: $60K up to $70K per year. Compensation is determined based on competitive market data, experience, skillset and geographical location.
