Job Description Summary

In this hybrid Finance -Technology role, the AVP Prism Development, Finance Transformation liaises between Finance and members of the Technology organization to support data needs via Workday Financials, Prism, Accounting Center, and other reporting mechanisms, and for performing data and system analysis.

What You’ll Do

• Support Finance data needs utilizing Workday Prism while establishing and maintaining high data quality standards

• Lead the development of new Workday Prism processes based upon priorities identified by company functional areas

• Liaise with Finance and Technology to identify, understand, and address data requirements

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing Workday Prism lineages to support Finance reporting and integrations

• Create and configure datasets, tables, derived datasets, and the accounting source to support process orchestration

• Maintain Workday Accounting Center processing by remediating transaction errors, batch failures, and other complications that arise

• Manage Workday Accounting Center data sources that post to the Workday GL and develop and maintain new data sources and mapping tables

• Assist with other projects related to Workday Financials, Prism, and other reporting mechanisms

Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience

• Workday Pro certification in Prism Analytics required

• Experience with Prism and Accounting Center development required

• 2+ years of relevant experience with Workday Financials required

• Workday Pro certification in Reporting, Financials, Integrations, or relevant functional area is a plus

• Understanding of banking industry accounting/information systems preferred

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
