The Senior Program Manager, Dignity and Unity (D&U) assists in the development of and execution of enterprise strategies, programs, and partnerships that foster an inclusive culture and strengthen belonging across the organization. This role drives key Dignity and Unity priorities through cross-functional collaboration, data-informed planning, leadership engagement, and strategic communications. The position also serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and stakeholders to advance equitable practices, measure impact, and support a sustainable global culture.
Essential Job Functions
• Support oversight and implementation of Healthcare Anchor Network commitments and related Dignity and Unity priorities by partnering with cross-functional and market leaders to advance inclusive hiring, purchasing, investment, and other strategic initiatives across the organization
• Help drive governance, planning, and execution for Dignity and Unity leadership councils and steering committees, including agenda development, stakeholder alignment, decision support, progress tracking, and communication of key deliverables.
• Assist with management of Dignity & Unity programs, including training and onboarding of Employee Resource Group (ERG) leadership and the monitoring of ERG member engagement programs, as well as management of enterprise Dignity and Unity programs and initiatives, including Employee Resource Groups, leadership development, and engagement efforts, ensuring strong program structure, leader onboarding, sustainable participation, and measurable impact.
• Serve as advisor advocate to leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners on dignity, unity, inclusion, and equitable talent practices, helping to strengthen decision-making, remove barriers and improve associate outcomes.
• Support and lead the development, analysis, and interpretation of workforce, culture, engagement, retention, and patient satisfaction metrics to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and support action planning and organizational improvement. Monitor and keep abreast of industry trends and other developments on inclusionary policies and practices to ensure compliance.
• Partner with Communications and other key stakeholders to shape enterprise messaging and changing communications that build awareness, understanding, and engagement around Dignity and Unity priorities and inclusive leadership expectations.
• Analyze D&U Associate Experience Survey data and assist with implementation of strategic action plans to communicate and to address gaps to strengthen belonging, engagement, and organizational culture.
• Partner with Talent and Education teams to guide the design and delivery of culturally competent learning experiences, providing subject matter expertise and facilitating training for leaders, hiring managers, and associates across the organization.
• Build and sustain cross-functional partnerships while providing consulting, facilitation, and advisory support to leaders and stakeholders to assess needs, align priorities, identify improvement opportunities, and advance Dignity and Unity outcomes.
• Oversee partnership with analytics in the development of dashboards, reports, and executive updates that monitor progress against Dignity and Unity strategic plans, communicate impact, and support leadership decision-making.

Education
· Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Marketing or Customer Relations (Required)
· Graduates Degree in Business, Human Resources or Marketing (Preferred)
Work Experience
· Minimum of six (6) years of human resources and/or culture competency experience (Required)
· Minimum of six years of analytics experience (Required)
· At least three (3) years’ experience in a multi-state/multi-entity organization (Required)
