Pay: $22 - $23
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Foxboro is seeking a caring, reliable, and dedicated Toddler Lead Teacher to join our team of early childhood educators. Our infant program provides a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where babies grow, explore, and reach important developmental milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the toddler classroom, ensuring a safe, warm, and nurturing environment for each child.
• Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to encourage sensory exploration and early developmental growth.
• Partner with families to communicate daily routines, milestones, and progress updates.
• Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to maintain consistency and quality in care.
• Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety guidelines.
  
  

Qualifications

• ECE certification (required) for Toddler Teacher level in Massachusetts.
• At least 6 months of professional childcare experience (1+ year preferred).
• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
