The role can be filled in any of our office locations in Germany (e.g. Walldorf, Eschborn, Ratingen, Hamburg, Berlin, etc.).

 

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

 

As a Services Architecture Senior Specialist (f/m/d), your job will involve working in a global team focusing on delivering international data transformation projects (System Landscape Transformation aka “SLO” and Transition to S/4 HANA, using DMLT’s tools and services).

Your main tasks are:

• Identify customer’s business needs and support the design and architecture of the appropriate solution proposal from the Data Management & Landscape Transformation (DMLT) portfolio.
• Conduct feasibility studies and system analyses, supported by SAP DMLT technology and methodology.
• Lead and facilitate customer’s workshops and discussions to validate the best solution design for the customer's requirements.
• Architect scalable and robust data migration/conversion solutions adhering to SAP best practices and financial industry standards.
• Support and/or lead the delivery of DMLT projects remotely and onsite, in distributed regional and global teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business analysts, data engineers, and developers to ensure smooth execution of FI/CO data migration and conversioninitiatives and projects.
• Provide deep expertise in SAP FI/CO data migration and conversion tools and technologies, guiding the customer teams to make informed decisions.
• Develop and document precise technical specifications, data mapping, and transformation rules, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data migration/conversion processes, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Support internal initiatives to further enhance existing or develop new, finance-related DMLT services and solutions.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in SAP FI/CO data migration technologies and industry trends.

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

• University degree (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent relevant job experience
• Deep functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA FI and/or CO, plus experience in at least one additional of the following modules is a must: FI-AA, CO-PA, CO-PS, EC-PCA, FSCM, FI-CA)
• 7+ years (preferably international) SAP consulting experience; SAP DMLT tools and methodology and data migration/conversion experience is a plus
• Relevant SAP Technology experience, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a plus
• Integration and process know-how for essential business processes like Lead-2-Cash, Procure-2-Pay, Design-2-Operate or Hire-2-Retire are a strong asset
• Additional experience in SAP S/4HANA, BW/BW4, CRM and CX, SRM and ISM, HCM/SuccessFactors, Data Management Solutions (MDG, ILM,..) or SAP Industry Solutions is a benefit
• Excellent communication and moderation skills, strong team spirit
• Fluent English and German language skills are required
