What You’ll Do

As a Field Technician you’ll be the boots on the ground — conducting daily inspections and audits of civil and utility assets across diverse terrains and communities throughout the United States. You'll use cutting-edge GPS and surveying technology, collect high-quality data, and help drive smarter decisions for cities, utilities, and infrastructure systems nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use specialized GPS equipment to locate and log civil and utility assets.
• Conduct field audits in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Upload data daily and document your work with detailed notes and sketches.
• Engage with the public professionally when access to inspection sites is required.
• Maintain field equipment and follow project protocols and best practices.
• Travel to project sites across the country and work outdoors in various environments.

What We’re Looking For:

• You thrive in the field — walking, navigating terrain, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• You have a strong eye for detail, a sense of ownership, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• You're comfortable with frequent travel, overnight stays, and working independently.
• You have a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
• Bonus points for experience in land surveying, GIS, or utility infrastructure.
