We are currently looking for a Total Rewards Senior Analyst to join us at our facility in Asturias, Spain.
The Senior Analyst will have the opportunity to be an integral part of a regional team of a global multi-billion dollar company. The Senior Analyst will coordinate the administration of country specific Compensation and Benefits (C&B) programs. They will serve as a subject matter expert and technical resource for all topics related to the completion of established C&B processes under supervision by the EMEA Total Rewards Team. You will actively partner with the EMEA regional and Global Total Rewards teams as well colleagues from the HR organization, including but not limited to Payroll and HR Partners.
Benefits responsibilities:
- Manages local brokers and vendors through effective relationships, including coordination of annual renewals.
- Reviews current Benefits programs, monitors, and analyses trends to ensure market competitiveness relative to the overall Total Rewards strategy, including assessing and providing recommendations for functional and enterprise adjustments.
- Participates in the evaluation and selection of new programs and vendors.
- Acts as a subject matter expert to HR Partners, HR Operations and Payroll to ensure an understanding of the benefits and oversight that operational requirements and standards are met from an end-to end process perspective.
- Conducts regular audits on process execution, invoice payment and may step up to participate in transactional tasks for selected processes.
- Coordinates communication with both external and internal stakeholders assuring that each partner receives the information needed for their function´s purposes.
- Leads Benefits process implementation and ongoing administration with external vendors and Axalta Human Resources.
Compensation responsibilities:
- Supports the EMEA Total Rewards Leader and the Global Compensation team during the annual Compensation Planning process by on time and in full data requests and calculations.
- Owns and administrates in partnership with HRIS resources monthly recurring or ad hoc country specific compensation processes including the Workday Compensation setup.
- Establishes strong partnerships with HR Partners and HR Operations to effectively provide consultation and support these teams on a variety of compensation related issues, including guidance on Workday Compensation setup and processes.
- Performs market analyses and conducts job evaluations based on job creation or reclassification requests. In consideration of business input, internal equity, and external data, recommends appropriate compensation package.
- Partners with EMEA and Global Total Rewards throughout the annual salary survey and assist in the completion of multi-country salary surveys through pulling specific compensation and benefits data form different HCM and HRIS systems.
Key requirements:
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in human resources, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
- +5 - 8 year of working experiences as Total Rewards Analyst with increasing. responsibility in a multi-national matrixed organization, preferably with exposure to Germany chemical sector and or Germany C&B in general.
- Highly experienced in C&B program implementation involving acting as internal subject matter expert involved with a multi-functional team.
- Fluent in English and German, in verbal and written form is required, additional language would be an advantage.
- HCM system (Workday) knowledge highly preferred.
- Knowledge of compensation, pension and general HR regulations and laws is desired.
