Summary of the Role:

The position is accountable to independently perform transaction processing activity in compliance to taxation regulations and Lubrizol’s guidelines. The role is accountable for accounts payable related month-end accounts closing and facilitation for all stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:  

 

• To perform error free matching and processing of vendor and inter-company invoices in SAP
• To code and process expense notes / freight, warehousing & duty invoices, ensuring all goods and services booked in are duly authorized.
• To make batch and manual payments to vendors according to the payment terms, resolve invoice/payment queries, review and follow up on the A/P ageing list.
• To perform appropriate accrual accounting
• Disbursement of petty cash and recording thereof
• To provide support during monthly closing activity and audit by providing necessary accounting schedules.
• Timely deposit of taxes under instructions of respective department.

 

U             Requirements (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):

 

• Bachelor of Commerce having Experience of 5 years in manufacturing Industry
• Should have handled A/P function in SAP ECC / SAP S4 HANA environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Working knowledge of GST and TDS
• Hands on approach, analytical mind set, problem-solving skills, proactive and good team player.
